Smadar worked tireless to ensure I had the best house possible for my needs. She even talked me out of some poor choices to prevent me from making a choice that I would have regretted and because of that I am 100% happy with my house and will absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for new home.

Smadar is wonderful to work with and amazing to deal with. From the first moment we met her in her office she was incredible. She explained the whole process of searching for and finding the right house for us. Her knowledge of the Vegas and Henderson areas is extensive and very helpful. We went  over want we wanted to find and she asked us a lot of questions to help narrow down the specifics of what we wanted. She answered all of our questions and made sure we knew that anytime we had a question about anything to ask her. Her Husband Issac and she took us out several days to look at homes and were always open to looking at new areas and exploring. We saw brand new homes, we saw older homes, we saw amazing areas, and they were in tune with what we wanted. As soon as a new listing came on the market they let us know and asked if we were interested in seeing it. They were and are always at the top of their game and kept in contact with us on a regular basis. We found the house we wanted after about a week and then she walked us through the whole purchase and negotiation process each step of the way. We got a wonderful home for a great price in a beautiful neighborhood. We received the best service with warmth and caring and give the highest thank you possible. Smadar is the best. Call her, text her, email her and she will do the same amazing job for you

Very knowledgeable and took time out of her busy schedule to meet my requests for a rental home. Especially considerate in finding an area I would feel safe when running or cycling.

She is the most compassionate and helpful realtor I have ever worked with. She was patient with my home purchase and the whole journey throughout, and knows what is best for me. She is tremendously experienced in this field clearly, and I never had issues getting a hold of her. This takes a lot of  the weight and stress off the home buying process, and ultimately I am glad to have found my way to her

Smadar is always on point, always delivers a superior effort. My wife and I were looking for an investment property to add to our inventory and in a seller's market timing is of the utmost importance. Smadar returns all communications in a very timely fashion. Smadar is an amazing realtor who was in tune with especially what I was looking for in my first home. I wouldn't know what to do without her. She has become a great friend of mine and continues to leave little gifts outside my door when I return home of work. There's no one better!!

Smadar was fantastic to work with! If there was a home I wanted to see, she met with me immediately. When I found the home I wanted to purchase, she was there every step of the way to ensure we submitted a desirable offer the buyer would feel comfortable accepting. Smadar is very good at selling and helping out her client. She treated her client as her friend. She will tell you the truth of the house and even find out answer regarding to your loan or anything else. If you are a first time buying house, she will be the great one for you. My uncle was lucky to  have her help while he searching to buy house. If you did not like the house, she is not even push you or say good words to sell the house as soon as possible. If you are looking for a trustworthy, friendly, hard working, and great helping agent then Smadar is the one.

I cannot say enough good things about Smadar! She was very patient in answering our many questions and thoroughly explaining the home buying process. She was very quick to respond to our calls, text messages, and emails. She made us feel as though we were her top priority thought I know she had  many other clients and other obligations. She was very knowledgeable about real estate and the current market and helped us seal the deal on the home of our dreams. Friends and family have told me how horrible it is to buy a house in this economy, but Smadar made it a dream. Her knowledge and expertise made the process smooth. Additionally, she was determined to ensure that I had the best house for ME, and not the first house I wanted. She talked me out of  some properties that in retrospect would have been wrong for me, and thanks to her diligence I am the proud owner of an amazing house. Highly recommended. A+

If you are looking for a very responsible energetic person to find the right house for you , Smadar Angel is the one!!! Every time I called she is there. Took me 2 month and I got my dream house. I love it and enjoying it every moment! Smadar also helped me with the process of finding a rental for  another house, make my life easier!
